Barnscapes will offer unique architect-designed holiday accommodation for design and travel enthusiasts. Behind the project are architects Colin Pennington and Linh Vu, husband and wife, whose background is in architecture, food, and buildings. The emphasis is on natural, sustainable materials, and space and colour in everything they do.
Two large agricultural buildings, including an old cow shed are being transformed from derelict spaces into high–spec, holiday accommodation designed with comfort and sustainability in mind.
Situated in Guestling, between historic Rye & Hastings in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), Barnscapes will be a nature lover’s dream. With a natural swimming pond, and the nearby beaches of Winchelsea and Pett, numerous walking and cycling trails and award–winning pubs and restaurants to enjoy.
