Barnscapes is a place to come together, relax and enjoy a laid-back stay.

Located in Guestling, East Sussex, between Hastings and Rye – the 3-acre site sits in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Our contemporary countryside holiday lets were created from a collection of redundant farm buildings that have been thoughtfully transformed into modern, sustainable accommodation.

The farm originally had three structures, and we have lovingly completed the first two: The Cowshed and The Silver Barn.

Each building has been crafted with sustainability at its core. Materials were chosen not only for their low environmental impact, but also for their connection to the agricultural setting, blending modern design with a sense of place. Together, these buildings form a peaceful wellness destination, inviting you to slow down, reconnect with nature, and enjoy a truly restorative stay in the countryside.
