Located in Guestling, between Hastings and Rye – the 3-acre site sits in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. A place to come together, relax and enjoy a laid-back stay.

Our contemporary countryside holiday lofts were created from a collection of derelict farm buildings, thoughtfully transformed into modern, sustainable self-catering holiday accommodation.

The farm originally had three structures, and we have lovingly completed the first two: The Cowshed and The Silver Barn.

Each building has been crafted with sustainability at its core, prioritising ecological materials for their low environmental impact.

At the very heart of our modern agriculture stays, is our beautiful Natural Swimming Pond. It’s the largest bespoke natural swimming pond in any Sussex holiday setting, using aquatic plants as filters. Enjoy a wild swim paired with a session in our wood-fired sauna to reconnect with nature and enjoy a truly restorative stay in the Sussex countryside.
