Our Thoughtfully converted from an existing agricultural building, this large holiday home in East Sussex brings together sustainability, craftsmanship, and modern comfort, the perfect place to unwind, gather and reconnect.

  • Three private bedrooms – two with luxurious king-size beds

  • A third bedroom with bespoke built-in timber bunk beds with additional 2 pull-out single beds (available on request)

  • Two bathrooms, one with bath, shower, double sink and WC, plus a separate shower room with sink and WC.

  • Large open plan living room with TV

  • Dining area for up to 8 people

  • Kitchen with all the cooking essentials, including 4-ring induction hob and two under-counter fridges with upper freezer shelf, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cafetiere and kettle. 

  • Conservatory with extra space to relax, and store shoes/coats

  • Private outdoor terrace with table seating, gas BBQ & external sink

  • Wood-fired hot tub (1 set of logs included in stay)
